This regulation amends the tolerance for residues of folpet in or on hops to delete the footnote stating that there are no registrations for the use of folpet on hops in the United States. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4), requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
