Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Maryland State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions pertain to a Consent Order establishing volatile organic compound (VOC) reasonably available control technology (RACT) for Kaydon Ring and Seal, Incorporated. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
