Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision consists of a reasonably available control technology (RACT) determination, contained in an operating permit for the control of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) from Prince William County Landfill, Registration No. 72340, located in Prince William County, Virginia. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
