Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of penoxsulam 2-(2,2-difluoroethoxy)-N-(5,8-dimethoxy[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- c]pyrimidin-2-yl)-6-(trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonamide in or on rice,grain and rice, straw. Dow AgroSciences LLC requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
