This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of methoxyfenozide (benzoic acid, 3-methyl-2-methyl-,2-(3,5- methylbenzoyl)-2-(1,1-dimethylethyl) hydrazide) in or onblack sapote; canistel; coriander, leaves; mamey sapote; mango; papaya; pea and bean, succulent shelled, subgroup 6B; peppermint; sapodilla; spearmint; star apple; strawberries; vegetable, foliage of legume (except soybean), subgroup 7A; vegetable, leaves of root and tuber, group 2; vegetable, legume, edible podded, subgroup 6A; vegetable, root, subgroup 1A. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) and Dow AgroSciences are requesting these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
