This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of forchlorfenuron, N -(2-chloro-4-pyridinyl)-N'-phenylurea in or on grapes and kiwifruit. Siemer & Associates, Inc. on behalf of KIM-C1, LLC requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
