Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision consists of a reasonably available control technology (RACT) for the control of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) from Washington Gas Company, Ravensworth Station, Registration No. 72277, located in Fairfax County, Virginia. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
