Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia (Virginia or the Commonwealth). The revisions consist of reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for the control of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) from two individual sources located in Fairfax County, Virginia; namely, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). EPA is approving these revisions to establish and impose RACT requirements in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
