Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the District of Columbia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions pertain to the volatile organic compound (VOC) emission standards for consumer products used or sold in the District of Columbia. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).
