This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of aminoethoxyvinylglycine hydrochloride (aviglycine HCl) in or on apple, pear and the stone fruits crop group 12, excepting cherries. Valent BioSciences Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
