Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions update certain requirements related to applicability, compliance, testing and monitoring to be consistent with Federal requirements and EPA policy. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
