This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues (free and bound) of S-metolachlor in or on certain commodities as set forth in Unit II. of the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4), 681 U.S. Highway <greek-i>1 South, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-3390, requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA), on behalf of the registrant, Syngenta Crop Protection, Swing Road, Greensboro, NC 276419.
