Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. This revision pertains to the amendments of the Commonwealth's existing ambient air quality standards. EPA is approving this SIP revision in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act).
