This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of flutriafol, [(<plus-minus>)-[alpha]-(2-fluorophenyl)-[alpha]-(4- fluorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol], including its metabolites and degradates in or on apple at 0.20 ppm; soybean, seed at 0.35 ppm; and grain, aspirated fractions at 2.2 ppm; and cattle, goat, hog, horse and sheep liver at 0.02 ppm. Cheminova A/S, c/o Cheminova, Inc. requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
