Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted on June 4, 2010. This revision consists of criteria and procedures related to the State's interagency consultation and certain control and mitigation measures addressing "Transportation Conformity." This approval will meet a requirement of the Clean Air Act (Act) and EPA's Transportation Conformity regulations.
