Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of spiromesifen in or on leaf petioles subgroup 4B, dry pea seed, spearmint tops, and peppermint tops. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) and Bayer CropScience requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
