This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of bifenazate in or on multiple commodities which are identified and discussed later in this document. Interregional Research Project <greek-i>4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). This regulation additionally deletes the time-limited tolerance for potato, as the tolerance expired on December 31, 2006, and deletes the time-limited tolerances for tart cherry, soybean hulls, soybean meal, soybean refined oil, and soybean seed, as the tolerances expired on December 31, 2009.
