Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. The revision amends existing Section 2.0--Consumer Products to Delaware's Regulation 1141 (formerly SIP Regulation No. 41)--Limiting Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds from Consumer and Commercial Products. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
