Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the West Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision removes West Virginia's nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) SIP Call rules. EPA is approving this revision to remove West Virginia's NO<INF>X</INF> SIP Call rules in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
