Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is determining that the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island, NY-NJ-CT fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) nonattainment area for the 1997 fine particle National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) has attained the 1997 PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS.
