Abstract

On January 4, 2010, EPA published a final rule determining that the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point nonattainment area (hereafter referred to as the "Greensboro Area") has attaining data for the 1997 fine particulate matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). This action corrects a typographical error in the regulatory language in paragraph (e) of EPA's January 4, 2010, final rule.
