Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency is issuing a final rule to amend the Environmental Protection Agency Acquisition Regulation (EPAAR) to establish new procedures for recording and maintaining contractor performance information. EPA is issuing a final rule because the changes are procedural in nature, and we do not anticipate any adverse comments.
