No. 1260001-65-7), also known as methacrylic polymer, when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry LLC submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of 2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, telomer with 2-ethylhexyl 2- propenoate, 2-propanol and sodium 2-methyl-2-[(1-oxo-2-propen-1-yl) amino]-1-propanesulfonate (1:1), sodium salt on food or feed commodities.
