Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia (Virginia). This revision pertains to amendments of Virginia's regulations regarding the 2010 1- hour primary national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) for sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>). This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
