This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the insecticide buprofezin in or on multiple commodities which are identified and discussed later in this document. In addition, this regulation removes established tolerances for certain commodities/ groups superseded by this action, and corrects the spelling of some commodities. The Interregional Research Project <greek-i>4 (IR-4) and Nichino America Inc. requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
