Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of pyriofenone, (5-chloro-2-methoxy-4-methyl-3-pyridinyl)(2,3,4- trimethoxy-6-methylphenyl) methanone, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on grape and grape, raisin. ISK BioSciences Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
