Abstract
EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on November 22, 2011 and concern particulate matter (PM) emissions from paved and unpaved roads and livestock operations and aggregate and related operations. We are approving local rules that regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
