Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of thiacloprid in or on pepper; cherry subgroup 12-12A; peach subgroup 12- 12B; and plum subgroup 12-12C. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested the stone fruit tolerance and Bayer CropScience requested the pepper tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
