Abstract
EPA is approving a request submitted by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) on April 15, 2011, and supplemented on January 30, 2013, to revise the Indiana state implementation plan (SIP) for nitrogen dioxide (NO<INF>2</INF>) and sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) under the Clean Air Act (CAA). This submittal consists of revisions to the Indiana Administrative Code (IAC) that amend the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for NO<INF>2</INF> and SO<INF>2</INF> to be consistent with the NAAQS that EPA promulgated in 2010.
