On November 15, 2010, Ohio EPA submitted to EPA revisions to Ohio OAC 3745-14. EPA is approving these revisions under the Clean Air Act, which allows for Ohio's Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) NO<INF>X</INF> Ozone Season Trading Program rules to supersede Ohio's nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) State Implementation Plan (SIP) Call Budget Trading Program rules, but leave other requirements of the NO<INF>X</INF> SIP Call in place for units not covered by CAIR.
