Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) concerning the Nogales fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) nonattainment area 2008 and 2010 emissions inventories. These emission inventories were submitted for the 2006 24-hour fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). We are approving these annual emissions inventories under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).
