Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia. The revision caps emissions of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) from large non-electric generating units (non-EGUs) to meet the requirements of EPA's NO<INF>X</INF> SIP Call. EPA is approving this revision to cap emissions of NO<INF>X</INF> from non- EGUs in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
