Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to the Minnesota sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Flint Hills Resources, LLC Pine Bend Refinery (FHR) as submitted on February 8, 2017. The SIP revision pertains to the installation and removal of certain equipment at the refinery and amendments to certain emission limits, resulting in an overall decrease of SO<INF>2</INF> emissions from FHR.
