The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final rule on April 5, 2019, entitled "Air Quality State Implementation Plans; Arizona: Approval and Conditional Approval of State Implementation Plan Revisions; Maricopa County Air Quality Department; Stationary Source Permits."
