Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to the Minnesota sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Flint Hills Resources, LLC Pine Bend Refinery (FHR) as submitted on October 23, 2018. The SIP revision pertains to the shutdown and replacement of certain equipment at the refinery as well as amendments to certain emission limits, resulting in an overall decrease of SO<INF>2</INF> emissions from FHR.
