Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing conditional approvals for two revisions to the Maricopa County portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) concerning fuel burning equipment and internal combustion engines. The EPA is also finalizing a disapproval for one revision to the Maricopa County portion of the Arizona SIP concerning power plants. This action was proposed in the Federal Register on December 30, 2019, and concerns emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) from combustion sources.
