Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the insecticide clothianidin in or on food and feed commodities (other than those covered by a higher tolerance) in food/feed handling establishments. McLaughlin Gormley King Company D/B/A MGK requested tolerances for these commodities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
