This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of cypermethrin in or on multiple commodities that are identified and discussed later in this document. The Tea Association of the U.S.A. Inc. and the American Spice Trade Association requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
