Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve revisions to the Butte County Air Quality Management District ("District") portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions address the nonattainment new source review (NNSR) requirements for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS or "standard"). We are approving the SIP revisions pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA or "Act") and its implementing regulations.
