Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. The revision consists of an amendment to the list of Virginia nonattainment areas to include a newly designated sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) nonattainment area. EPA is approving this revision to the Virginia SIP in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
