Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to the monitoring and compliance requirements for certain process heater stacks at Safety-Kleen Oil Recovery Company in Lake County, Indiana (Safety-Kleen). EPA is also approving small language clarifications and equipment listing revisions for Safety-Kleen in the Indiana SIP for sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>). EPA proposed to approve this action on June 24, 2024, and received no adverse comments.
