Abstract
EPA is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet (Cabinet) for the purpose of implementing an emission statement program. The SIP was submitted by the Cabinet on January 15, 1993. As a result of EPA comments, the Cabinet submitted another SIP on December 29, 1994, to satisfy the Federal requirements for an emission statement program.
