EPA is revising pesticide tolerance crop-grouping regulations to create new crop subgroups, expand existing crop groups by adding new commodities, and revise the representative crops in some groups. EPA expects these revisions to promote greater use of crop grouping for tolerance-setting purposes and to facilitate availability of pesticides for minor crop uses. EPA initiated these regulations.
