Abstract
On August 25, 1994, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a direct final rule approving the State Implementation Plan for the Pinehurst, Idaho, PM-10 (particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of less than or equal to a nominal ten micrometers) nonattainment area (59 FR 43745 (August 25, 1994)). In this rulemaking action, EPA is approving the provisions of that plan for the area just outside the City of Pinehurst which was designated nonattainment in January 1994.
