This document establishes tolerances with regional registration for the sum of the residues of the herbicide imazethapyr, as its ammonium salt, and its metabolite in or on the raw agricultural commodities lettuce and endive. The Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) requested this regulation pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
