Abstract

EPA is modifying the significant new use rules (SNURs) promulgated under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for 2-propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, 2[3-(2H-benzotriazole-2-yl)-4- hydroxyphenyl]ethyl ester and 2-substituted benzotriazole based on a modification to the TSCA 5(e) consent order regulating the substances. DATES: The effective date of this rule is July 10, 1995.
