EPA is issuing technical amendments to several regulations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). These amendments revise the addresses for mailing information to, requesting information from, or otherwise contacting certain offices in the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT). Additionally, this document makes technical amendments to certain information submission procedures that pertain to TSCA section 4 test rules and consent orders.
