Abstract
On June 8, 1995, EPA published a direct final rule (60 FR 30189) determining the applicability of certain reasonable further progress and attainment demonstration requirements, along with certain other related requirements, of Part D of Title I of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the Salt Lake and Davis Counties ozone nonattainment area. This action was published without prior proposal. Because EPA has received adverse comments on this action, EPA is withdrawing the June 8, 1995, direct final rulemaking action pertaining to the Salt Lake and Davis Counties area.
