Abstract
EPA is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted on November 12, 1993, by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet. This revision modifies the implementation of a basic motor vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) program in Jefferson County, Kentucky, which will include commuter vehicles in the program.
