Abstract

This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of sodium chlorate in or on the raw agricultural commodity potato when applied as a defoliant in accordance with good agricultural practices. The Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) requested this exemption.
